Exchange & Refund Policy:
- Our Handbags are not applicable for refund.
- All items bought from the sale section are not eligible for returns/exchange or refunds.
- We offer an exchange policy and are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unused, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags and invoice. For exchange, kindly notify us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of merchandise by writing to us at sashehouse@gmail.com with images of the same.
- Kindly note we do not accept returns more than once per order. You cannot exchange an item that was already part of an exchange.
- Kindly note we do not accept returns or exchanges for wedding favours & bulk orders.
- We provide FREE domestic shipping.
- You can exchange a product for another one available from the website. The new product should be of the same or higher cost. Customers will have to ship us back the old product and We will send the new product once we receive the old product at our warehouse and inspect that all the exchange conditions are met.
- No exchange will be provided if the receipt of sale is not sent back to us along with the products. Original tags must be attached and intact.
- All exchanges will be made within 7-30 working days subject to the specifications from the payment gateway.
