Do you use geniune leather or PU leather for your products ?

We use PU leathers which have GRS (Global Recycled Standard). Our leathers are source from factories that ensure quality, safety, environmental and performance bench marks that polyurethane(PU) leather must meet during manufacturing and uses.

How will I know if my order is placed?

Your Sashe order is confirmed once payment is completed. A confirmation email will arrive within 6 hours — be sure to check all folders, including spam, to stay updated.

How do I check my order status?

Please go to Track My Order. You should be able to track the status of your shipment using your Order Number or Tracking ID provided to you after check out. For further assistance, please WhatsApp our customer service.

I did not receive my Order Confirmation email after placing the order, what should I do?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Didn’t receive it? Double check the email address you entered, or contact our support team on WhatsApp for help.

What are the shipping charges?

Free shiping for all Prepaid orders.A fee of Rupees 150 per order will be applied in COD.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately via e-mail or please WhatsApp our customer service. If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order we can cancel the order. However, once an order begins processing no changes can be made.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Need help with your order? Reach out to us immediately at sashehouse@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message with the following info:

  • Your order number
  • Images of the item(s), including an overview and close-up of the problem
  • A short description of the issue

Kindly do not discard the item(s) — they may need to be returned. Our Customer Care team will connect with you shortly to resolve the issue.

Exchange & Return

What are the Terms and Conditions for Exchange and Refunds?

Products purchased marked as sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges. They can only be replaced if there are any manufacturing defects within 24 hours of delivery.

We gladly accept exchanges, or replacements of ONLY unused merchandise within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Please note that all products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact. All items should be unused and in brand-new condition.

GIFT BOX is not eligible for returns or exchanges as it is considered a final sale item.

Orders with FREE Gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges as it is considered final sale items.

The pick-up and delivery of the products will be taken care of by Sashe.

How do I exchange a product?


We have a no return policy, Items once bought cannot be return until and unless the product is damage at the time of delivery or there is manufacturing default or wrong or missing items is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll inform you via e-mail and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
